Well Taniwha is on the hard and the welder is doing his thing making changes to the deck. An unforseen consequence is that all of his welding machines have taken over my workbench on the deck and I am unable to get any work done for the next day or so. So on with the web features.

1. Added World Map. Cool feature that will get much more interesting once we start sailing. Its features include hot links on each waypoint, realtime updating even when we are in the middle of the ocean. It will have updates every 48 hours while at sea listing sea and wind conditions, boat speed and direction and all those nerdy sailing things. Other waypoints will have links to pictures, travelblog sections. Anticipated to possibly be used as a visual navigation tool for the websites travel sections

2. Added basic navigation bar on the left of the top two levels of the site

3. Added the much asked for Photo Album. Right now it is as it comes out of the box. It is a PHP based free open source tool that will eventually be better integrated into the site but baby steps, baby steps…

And along with this comes many more bugs, and bugs and bugs…
